Soccer Recap: Killeen Takes a Loss

Killeen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Bryan Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Kangaroos of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.

Killeen's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Bryan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-1-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Copperas Cove the next time they take the pitch. Killeen will host Copperas Cove at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, while Bryan will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on February 18th.
