Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Charleston Math & Science). They put the hurt on the St. John's Islanders with a sharp 16-1 win on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Riptide in their matchups with the Islanders: they've now won four in a row.

Charleston Math & Science's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for St. John's, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Charleston Math & Science will square off against Scott's Branch at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. John's, they will head out to take on Bethune-Bowman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
