Volleyball Recap: Pasco's Losing Streak Snapped at 11 Games

Pasco came into Tuesday's match having lost 11 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They had just enough and edged out the Sageview Lobos 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since September 9th.

Pasco had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 18-25, 25-23, 25-18, 15-11.

Pasco's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 2-11. As for Sageview, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pasco will take on rival Hermiston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Sageview is set to square off against their familiar foe Southridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
