Soccer Recap: Sealy Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Sealy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Katy Tigers by a score of 4-3 on Monday. If Sealy was looking for revenge after losing 4-1 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

They hit Katy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Pedro Alvarez, Manuel Arriaga, and Emanuel Contreras.

Sealy is taking a road trip to take on Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Katy, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Spring Woods at 12:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
