Volleyball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for West Albany

West Albany had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Dallas Dragons with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Tuesday.

While West Albany won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-14, 25-18.

Harper Graves paced West Albany's offense, picking up ten kills. Graves got some help from Bryn Nieman and her 34 assists. Nieman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

West Albany's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Dallas, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-11.

West Albany didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against South Albany on the 16th. As for Dallas, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Lebanon on the 16th.
