Football Recap: Hellgate Find Success + How To Watch

If Flathead wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hellgate, they should've done a better job of containing Vince Paffhausen. The Knights walked away with a 24-17 win over the Braves/Bravettes on Saturday thanks in part to Paffhausen, who rushed for 136 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries, and also threw for 194 yards and one TD. His longest rush was for an incredible 74 yards.

Hellgate didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. Sam Cohea picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Despite the loss, Flathead still got an impressive performance from Nolan Campbell, who rushed for 97 yards and one score on only ten carries. Campbell also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making six total tackles and defending one pass. Flathead also got a significant boost from Eli Coopman, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 119 yards.
