Basketball Recap: Dodgeland Comes Up Short

Dodgeland has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 65-62 heartbreaker at the hands of the Horicon Marshmen. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Marshmen earlier this season, when they won 56-52.

Dodgeland's defeat dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Horicon, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 14-10.

Dodgeland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Horicon, they will be playing at home against Poynette at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Horicon has given up an average of 56.4 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
