Baseball Recap: Workman Takes a Loss

Workman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Pomona Red Devils, falling 10-0. The Lobos were not able to make up for their loss to the Red Devils from their previous meeting back in March of 2015.

Workman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Workman will challenge Pomona at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pomona, they will square off against Garey at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pomona is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games dating back to last season.
