Volleyball Game Preview: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Birmingham Patriots + How To Watch

The Cleveland Cavaliers will head out to challenge the Birmingham Patriots at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Birmingham took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Cleveland, who comes in off a win.

Cleveland will bounce into Wednesday's contest after beating Granada Hills Charter, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Cavaliers came out on top against the Highlanders by a score of 3-1 on Monday.

Cleveland was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-18, 21-25, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Birmingham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Taft.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-10, 25-21.

Cleveland's win bumped their record up to 18-14. As for Birmingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-17.

Cleveland took their victory against Birmingham when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cavaliers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
