Recap: Springdale Dynamos vs. Clairton Bears

After losing to the Clairton Bears the last time they met, the Springdale Dynamos decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Springdale came out on top against Clairton by a score of 57-50 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Springdale.

Taris Wooding and Michael Ruffin certainly did their best on Saturday to try and avoid the loss. Wooding scored 17 points along with two steals, while Ruffin scored 12 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ruffin has scored all season.

Springdale's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Clairton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Springdale's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Propel Montour at 7:00 p.m. on January 24th. Propel Montour comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Clairton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Riverview at 7:30 p.m. Riverview is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
