Charlotte Catholic's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Eddie David, who scored 12 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Liam Gates, who scored seven points along with five assists and three steals.
Christ the King's loss came despite strong showings from Drew Reimels and Marco Tampoya. Reimels scored ten points along with six rebounds, while Tampoya scored ten points. Those six rebounds set a new season-high mark for Reimels.
Charlotte Catholic pushed their record up to 3-1 with that victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.4 points per game. As for Christ the King, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
