Buford had already won 13 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it 14 on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the North Central Knights a 14-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Yellow Jackets, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Buford pushed their record up to 17-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.
