Bloomsburg scaled the state rankings by moving to 322 from 370 this week, the biggest jump in Heartland III. The Panthers climbed the ranks as a result of topping Mifflinburg 24-13.

Southern Columbia Area extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Shamokin Area, 56-0. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Tigers.

Colby Klingerman put up the best numbers through the air as Bloomsburg topped the Wildcats. He finished with a total of 5 completions for 48 yards and 1 touchdown.

Bloomsburg's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ricky Klingerman has thrown for 1,217 yards and 9 touchdowns this season, while Klingerman has 46 catches for 554 yards.

Southern Columbia Area led the league in scoring this week by notching 56 points on the Indians.
