There's no place like home for Prescott, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 victory over the Deer Valley Skyhawks on Tuesday. This was payback for the Badgers, who suffered a 4-3 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Prescott got a massive performance out of Lucas Tobin, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Nick Martin, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Tobin wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Prescott kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive matchups.

Prescott's record now sits at 2-3. As for Deer Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-5-1 record this season.

Prescott is headed away from home for the first time to take on Mohave at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Deer Valley, they will welcome Goldwater at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Goldwater is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.
