Stanton is 8-1-1 against Sandalwood since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Stanton Blue Devils will be taking part in a tournament against the Sandalwood Saints at 7:20 p.m. Stanton's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Stanton saw some tournament action on Monday. They fell 3-1 to Parker.

Meanwhile, Sandalwood and Stanton combined for 26 shots on goal back in December of 2024, which explains the impressive seven total goals scored. Sandalwood put the hurt on Stanton with a sharp 6-1 win. Considering the Saints have won five matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Stanton from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Mohammed Jaber led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Sandalwood has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-1-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those five games. As for Stanton, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-1.

Stanton suffered a grim 6-1 defeat to Sandalwood when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Stanton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
