Waipahu entered their tilt with Nanakuli on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Nanakuli Golden Hawks a 9-0 shutout. The Marauders' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Waipahu now has a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waipahu will face off against Wai'anae at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nanakuli, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Pearl City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
