Basketball Recap: South Haven Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Haven). They blew past the Sedan Devils, posting a 60-17 win. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

South Haven's victory was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.4 points over those games. As for Sedan, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Haven will host Central on Friday. South Haven's defense has only allowed 24.8 points per game this season, so Central's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Sedan, they will take on Udall at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
