Baseball Recap: Cranberry Area Takes a Loss

Cranberry Area fell victim to Rocky Grove and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Orioles by a score of 2-0. The Berries just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Cranberry Area's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Rocky Grove, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-8.

Coming up, Cranberry Area will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Brookville at 4:15 p.m. As for Rocky Grove, they will head out to face off against Jamestown at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
