Volleyball Recap: Camelback Comes Up Short

Camelback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Anthem Prep Eagles.

Camelback's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Anthem Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Camelback wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Apollo on the 23rd. As for Anthem Prep, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Mogollon on the 20th.
