Berkshire had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Jefferson Area Falcons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Jill Smetana paced Berkshire's offense, picking up nine kills. Smetana got some help from Marissa Rish and her 14 assists.

Berkshire's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Jefferson Area, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-6.

Berkshire wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Perry on the 4th. As for Jefferson Area, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Madison on the 4th.
