Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trinity Christian). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Fayette County Tigers 41-7. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Trinity Christian can attribute much of their success to Ashton Clare, who threw for 183 yards and three TDs while completing 77.8% of his passes. What's more, Clare racked up 116.7 passer rating, the most he's had since back in August.

Trinity Christian's record is now 4-6. As for Fayette County, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Trinity Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Lovett at 7:30 p.m. on the 14th. Fayette County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
