Volleyball Recap: Horseshoe Bend Takes a Loss

Horseshoe Bend saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Prattville Lions. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-18.

Kenzie Woods paced Horseshoe Bend's offense, picking up five kills. Woods got some help from Lily Moss and her five assists. Finally, Caralina Tidwell kept Horseshoe Bend's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Horseshoe Bend's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Prattville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-13.

Horseshoe Bend has already played their next contest (against Dadeville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Prattville also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Marbury.
