Volleyball Recap: Wasatch Academy Comes Up Short

Wasatch Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Carbon Dinos. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Dinos from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Wasatch Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17, 25-23.

Wasatch Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Carbon, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

Coming up, Wasatch Academy will face off against Salt Lake Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carbon, they will challenge Juan Diego Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
