Madison Jones posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

Jones' strong effort led Annapolis over Romulus and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
