Preview: Cresset Christian Academy Eagles vs. Carolina Friends Quakers

Last Monday, things could have been worse for Cresset Christian Academy, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 70-52 loss to the Falcons. Cresset Christian Academy has struggled against the Falcons recently, as their contest on Monday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Branson Green, who scored 28 points. That was a full 53.8% of Cresset Christian Academy's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Mario Jarett, who scored 16 points.
Meanwhile, Carolina Friends' recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Monday after their third straight defeat. They lost to Cristo Rey Research Triangle at home by a decisive 63-48 margin.
Cresset Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Carolina Friends, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.
