Basketball Recap: Soldotna Takes a Loss

Soldotna lost against Wasilla back in January of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Soldotna Stars were dealt a 69-10 loss at the hands of the Wasilla Warriors. The match marked the Stars' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Soldotna's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Wasilla, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 17-0.

While Soldotna had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
