Basketball Recap: Hillsboro/Central Valley Comes Up Short

Hillsboro/Central Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost to the Shiloh Christian Skyhawks on the road by a 73-56 margin. That's two games in a row now that the H-CV Burros have lost by exactly 17 points.

Hillsboro/Central Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Shiloh Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillsboro/Central Valley will challenge Wahpeton at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shiloh Christian, they will take on Rapid City Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Rapid City Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Shiloh Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
