Baseball Game Preview: Parkville Knights vs. Dulaney Lions

Parkville is 0-4 against Dulaney since April of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Knights will square off against the Lions at 4:00 p.m. Parkville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.2 runs per game this season.

Parkville had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Hereford put an end to it on Thursday. The Knights lost 8-1 to the Bulls. The contest marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Parkville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nate Magness, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Dulaney's offense. They fell 3-0 to Catonsville on Friday.

Parkville's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Dulaney, they suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 5-3.

Parkville couldn't quite finish off Dulaney in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 and fell 4-2. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
