Sunray won the last time they faced West Texas and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bobcats' pitchers stepped up to hand the Comanches a 10-0 shutout. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by seven runs or more this season.

Angel Vargas was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one triple. B Rogers was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs.

The victory made it two in a row for Sunray and bumps their season record up to 9-3. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 20.0 runs over those games. As for West Texas, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-7.

Sunray will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Comanches: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
