Football Game Recap: Floyd vs. Springer/Maxwell

Springer/Maxwell took an ego-bruising loss against Elida last Friday, but they kept their chin up and bounced back on Friday. Springer/Maxwell were able to grind out a solid victory over Floyd on Friday, winning 47-38.

The win bumped Springer/Maxwell's record up to 5-3. The defeat dropped Floyd's record to 2-4.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Springer/Maxwell take on Roy/Mosquero at 7:00 PM. Roy/Mosquero are limping into the contest on a six-game losing streak. As for Floyd, they will face off against San Jon/Grady.
