Soccer Recap: Epiphany Comes Up Short

Epiphany managed to slip by The Oakwood School the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons came up short against the Eagles on Wednesday, falling 6-1. Epiphany just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Evan Jones, who's now up to five this season.

Epiphany's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for The Oakwood School, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Epiphany wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, an 8-0 loss against Greenfield on the 29th. As for The Oakwood School, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-2 win against Cresset Christian Academy on the 28th.
