Basketball Recap: Chaffey Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Chaffey took on Redlands East Valley on Tuesday. The game between the Tigers and the Wildcats didn't end well, with the Tigers falling 66-49.

Demaj Moore produced another solid performance shooting 50% from the field en route to 14 points along with six steals and five rebounds for Redlands East Valley. Moore has been hot, having posted four or more steals the last five times he's played. Mason Young was another key player, going 5-for-8 to rack up 15 points and three steals.

Chaffey's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Redlands East Valley, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Chaffey will challenge Norco at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Redlands East Valley, they will face off against Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
