West Broward came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Chaminade-Madonna, but Keylanis Cruz wouldn't allow it. The Lions skirted past the Bobcats 2-1 for which the team can thank Cruz, who had 12 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Chaminade-Madonna has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for West Broward, the loss snapped their winning streak at six matches and leaves them with a 10-4 record.

Chaminade-Madonna has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against St. Thomas Aquinas on the 30th. As for West Broward, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Mater Lakes Academy on the 1st.
