Football Game Recap: Northwest Area vs. GAR Memorial

Northwest Area won the last time they faced GAR Memorial, and things went their way on Friday, too. Northwest Area were fully in charge, breezing past GAR Memorial 42-6. Northwest Area were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The win bumped Northwest Area's record up to 2-4. The loss dropped GAR Memorial's record to 1-5.

Next week Northwest Area take on Hanover Area at 7:00 PM. These teams both seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. GAR Memorial will be staying on the road, facing off against North Penn-Mansfield. GAR Memorial stagger into the match hobbled by four consecutive losses while North Penn-Mansfield skip in buoyed by three consecutive wins.
