While Baker's win against Weiser wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs skirted past the Wolverines 2-1. The victory continues a trend for Baker in their matchups with Weiser: they've now won three in a row.

Baker's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Weiser, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, Baker and Weiser will both be playing Fruitland the next time they take the pitch. The Wolverines will host the Grizzlies at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 7:00 p.m. on October 2.
