Softball Recap: Apache Junction Takes a Loss

Apache Junction was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 20-1 to the Globe Tigers.

Apache Junction's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Globe, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Apache Junction and Globe will both be playing Coolidge the next time they take the field. The Prospectors will head out to face the Bears at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
