Brady Lombardo Game Report: @ Ansonia

For the first time in his career, Brady Lombardo scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 14 yards and a pair of scores as Holy Cross fell to Ansonia 28-26. We think that's the best game he's posted since last Thursday, when he threw for 273 yards and four TDs while completing 90.5% of his passes.

Lombardo and Holy Cross will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Crosby at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd. Lombardo will face off against Zyvier Sheppard, the Bulldogs' star quarterback. With these two excellent players competing for bragging rights, there's bound to be some exciting action on the field.
