With shelter-in-place orders throughout much of the nation, getting to the gym isn't possible. That's why MaxPreps has teamed with Katerina Kountouris
to bring athletes, parents and coaches at-home workouts to help stay in shape while gyms are closed.
Today's workout, the eighth in Kountouris' series, is an EMOM, which means "Every Minute on the Minute."
There are seven exercises in this 15-minute EMOM workout. You complete all of the exercises for four rounds. The faster you complete each of the seven exercises, the more rest you earn.
Kountouris, a certified physical trainer, clinical nutritionist and
professional host, has teamed with MaxPreps by offering upbeat,
challenging, but easy-to-follow, workouts.

EMOM — Every Minute on the Minute
Exercises — Complete 4 Rounds
1. Ground to over-head (15 reps)
2. Kettlebell front squat (20 reps)
3. Kettlebell swings (20 reps)
4. Stiff leg deadlifts (15 reps)
5. Standing high row (15 reps)
6. Bent-over row (20 reps)
7. Burpee jump-over (10 reps)
