Soccer Preview: Skidding Crestview Meets Bluffton

Crestview is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will be playing at home against the Bluffton Pirates at 7:00 p.m. Crestview is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Crestview fell victim to South Adams and their airtight defense last Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Starfires. While losing is never fun, Crestview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 454th in Ohio, while South Adams are ranked 129th in Indiana).

Meanwhile, Bluffton also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 4-0 to Celina on Thursday.

Bluffton now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Crestview, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
