Baseball Recap: Robertson Comes Up Short

Robertson fell victim to Capital and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Jaguars. The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2018.

Robertson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor Bonney, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Robertson's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-1. As for Capital, their record now sits at 10-8.

Looking ahead, Robertson will challenge St. Michael's at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Capital, they will square off against Santa Fe at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Jaguars are facing the Demons at the right time seeing as the Demons are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
