Basketball Recap: Forest's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak at Home

Forest entered their game against Sarasota on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Forest Wildcats lost to the Sarasota Sailors at home by a 64-45 margin.

Forest's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-4. As for Sarasota, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-2.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Forest Wildcats challenge the Eustis Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on January 18th. As for Sarasota, they will venture away from home to square off against Booker at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
