Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elkmont). They blew past the Brindlee Mountain Lions 84-37 on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Red Devils as they're now sitting on three straight.

Elkmont now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Brindlee Mountain, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with the defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elkmont will square off against Whitesburg Christian Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Elkmont has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Brindlee Mountain, they are taking a road trip to challenge Asbury at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
