Softball Recap: Triad Cardinals vs. Fairbanks Panthers
Triad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Fairbanks Panthers, falling 12-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 last Monday.
Triad's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Fairbanks, they pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.
Coming up, Triad will venture away from home to face off against Greeneview at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
