Recap: Waialua Bulldogs vs. Castle Knights
The Waialua Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 55-38 to Castle. Waialua was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Castle apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Castle's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Davis Mitchell, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Aukanai'i Arcala, who scored 9 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
Waialua's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Castle, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waialua will take on Hawaiian Mission Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Castle, they will be playing at home against Kamehameha Kapalama at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
