 While Blackstone Valley RVT put up some  runs on Thursday, the same  can't be said for Bay Path RVT. The Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers came out on top against the Bay Path RVT Minutemen by a score of  3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Blackstone Valley RVT also won the last time the pair played  back in April.
  Jack Marino was a major factor no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out 11 over seven innings pitched. Marino was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Alex Vosburgh was  excellent,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Blackstone Valley RVT and  bumps their season record up to 11-3. As for Bay Path RVT, their defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 7-6.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Blackstone Valley RVT will  face off against Millbury at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday. Millbury's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5  runs per game  this season, so Blackstone Valley RVT's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bay Path RVT, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Advanced Math & Science Academy at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday.
