Softball Recap: Hilton Head Prep Victorious

Hilton Head Prep's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the Hardeeville Hurricanes by a score of 16-1 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Dolphins considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Hilton Head Prep's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Hardeeville, their defeat was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Looking ahead, Hilton Head Prep will head out on the road to take on Cross at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hardeeville, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Hilton Head Island at 6:00 p.m.
