Baseball Recap: Seaside Comes Up Short

Seaside lost to St. Helens on Sunday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Seagulls might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 5-4 to the Lions, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Seagulls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seaside's loss dropped their record down to 7-20. As for St. Helens, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-16.

While Seaside had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
