Volleyball Recap: Albemarle Takes a Loss

Albemarle and Swain County squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Albemarle had to settle for second. They came up short against the Maroon Devils, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Albemarle's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Swain County, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.

Albemarle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Swain County, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Hayesville on the 21st.
