Volleyball Game Preview: Gaynor vs. Van Arsdale Cardinals

Gaynor will head out on the road to take on the Van Arsdale Cardinals at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Tuesday, Gaynor came up short against Brooklyn Technical and fell 2-0. Gaynor has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Van Arsdale also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Brooklyn Technical by a score of 2-0. The Cardinals have struggled against the Engineers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Gaynor now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Van Arsdale, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Gaynor beat Van Arsdale 2-0 when the teams last played on April 11th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gaynor since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
