Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ponaganset). They put the hurt on Block Island with a sharp 6-2 win on Saturday. Ponaganset haven't had any issues with Block Island recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Ponaganset hit Block Island with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Max Eden (2), Cyrus Sullivan (2), Collin Etheridge, and Eli Kugler.

Ponaganset's win bumped their record up to 2-4-1. As for Block Island, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
